3. SIGG bottles are independently tested for safety. "How independent can a study be when you pay for it?" she asked. "Bisphenol A (BPA) is seriously unhealthy stuff you don't want leached into your water, and SIGG bottles might not be BPA-free."

4. SIGG won't divulge its bottle lining ingredients for fear of copy cats. "They claim their proprietary right to secrecy like Coca-Cola," said de Moulpied. "Last I saw, the ingredients were on a can of Coke."

Now for the good news. Eco warriors who want to avoid plastic bottles and possibly BPA have a safe and greener choice, according to de Moulpied: Klean Kanteen.

Mink, foxes, rabbits, and other fur-bearing animals are tortured and killed so that people like you can steal and wear these animals’ fur. We have sent you videotapes showing that animals on fur farms spend their lives confined to cramped, filthy wire cages with little to no shelter from the scorching sun and freezing rain. Animals are killed by the cheapest and crudest methods, including poisoning, neck-breaking, gassing, and genital electrocution. Workers bludgeon animals with metal rods and slam them against the ground, which breaks the animals’ bones but does not always kill or stun them. Sometimes animals are still conscious when they are skinned.

You don’t have to be a member of Mensa to understand that the suffering endured by animals in the fur industry is supported by your desire to deck yourself out in fur. The type of thinking that would allow a perhaps otherwise intelligent woman to deny the cruel consequences of her actions can be established through a brain scan. The celebrity Web site TMZ pulled the 25-second snippet of the Austin Powers actor that had been up since Wednesday, and the ruling also blocks any attempt by a porn distributor to take orders for the full 50-minute video.

Everyone knows that Lindsay Lohan has a little sister Ali, but  there is yet another, secret sister — that even they have never previously known existed!

Linds' father, Michael Lohan, has admitted that, while married — but at the time separated — to now-ex-wife Dina Lohan, he had a relationship with another woman which resulted in a pregnancy.

Michael says, "Years later [the woman] contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child."

In fact, there are letters Michael wrote to the girl's mother where he says that his secret daughter "is beginning to look a lot like Linds, with a mix of [younger brother] Cody, believe it or not." He also sent his daughter a photograph of himself while he was still in Collins Correctional Facility which he signed "Love Daddy."

Michael, 48, and Dina, 45, married in 1985 and divorced in 2007. They are parents to Lindsay, who celebrates birthday number 22 on July 2, Michael Jr., 20, Ali, 14 and 12-year-old Cody. Dina, Ali and Cody now have their own reality series, Living Lohan on E!, while Lindsay is attempting to revive her career with guest appearances on TV's Ugly Betty and her currently shooting film, Labor Pains.

Michael's secret daughter has had many conversations with her dad, the girl's mother says!. He even called her for her 13th birthday on June 12. But he has never visited her or provided financial support.

"It's time for Michael to take responsibility," the girl's mother says.

In the suit, filed today in U.S. District Court in downtown L.A., Troyer claims TMZ violated his privacy rights and infringed on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com. He also alleges TMZ violated his right of publicity and misappropriated his name and likeness.

Troyer says the tape was stolen and ended up in the hands of Kevin Blatt, the guy who distributed "One Night in Paris." Blatt is also named as a defendant.

In addition to damages, Troyer wants an injunction prohibiting further dissemination of the video.
